I changed it recently to
i5, 4gb video, still 8gb ram = medium/high
both 30~40fps

I thought it was their internet upload being shit, I didn't had it on my potatos, and the graphics were less ugly than miko's early ark streams.
Maybe their live2d is messing up something too.
