Amateurs are supposed to be the opposite. You watch debut videos exactly because they're not enjoying it (as in they're not used to it, not that they're in pain). They're usually a bit scared, embarrassed and confused on the first shoot. So they must be calmed down and guided. They're not going to just enjoy sex for the first time when they're doing it in front of an entire staff.

This is the best part of debut videos though. I usually don't even watch the rest after they do it for the first time. If you want genuine emotion, just watch that part.

If you really want one with a new actress who seems to enjoy it (or plays damn well), you could try SE-143 - it's one of Ai Uehara's first vids. It's with a guy who orders girls and films them. He can't believe how beautiful she is when she shows up, and keeps teasing her, while she laughs her ass off, calling him ojisan. Of course she still does the fake voices, as customary.
