Hatsuka was a friend of Kagura, the player-character in Snow Radish Vacation.
In Snow Radish, she too is in love with Tomaru and becomes one of your rivals for Tomaru’s affection. (In the official history Tomaru impregnated both of them as well as every other girl in their 4th grade cram school class that Tomaru taught.)

It also turns out that Hatsuka was sexually molested by her father over an extended period of time, though he died before she was old enough that he felt it safe to penetrate her. That honor was reserved for Tomaru. During Hatsuka and Tomaru’s sex scene in Snow Radish, Hatsuka calls Tomaru “Papa” because it brings back good memories of her experiences with her father.
