Having larger breasts is in no way biologically advantageous. They simply serve as an object of sexual desire for men, and are otherwise nearly useless.
Of course, having large stores of fat in the body has some statistical benefits for wild animals, but in the day and age we live in there is simply no need for such vestigeal structures.
An attraction to large breasts is therefore an evolutionary aberration, one peculiar to humankind.
Why a youkai would choose to grow such ungainly mammary tissue is beyond me, for I have never heard of a youkai getting pregnant either, meaning they obviously aren't using them to lure human men in with the promises of sexual congress.
