We need a weeaboo board that isn't /jp/. Why?

- There is a significant "learn Japanese thread" community on 4chan, distributed throughout /jp/, /a/, and /lang/. This can be condensed.
- Japanese cuisine can never be discussed on /ck/ without massive weeaboo callouts.
- /lang/ is too slow for the small translation request threads.
- Likewise, /trv/ is too slow for "I'm in Japan help me" threads.
- Having a weeaboo board would contain all of the weeaboos into that board, like /soc/ did. I'm sure /jp/ would immediately see the benefit in that.
