YuugenMagan is absolutely badass and is most likely my favorite Touhou character.

That said, I would not like to engage in sexual intercourse with him or her because sex with five eyes connected together by lightning would be somewhere between uncomfortable, lethal, and impossible.

This is YuugenMagan. Being the stage 10 boss of the Makai route in Highly Responsive to Prayers, YuugenMagan was tied with Mima for being the third Touhou character, the second Touhou boss character, and the first Touhou character to use laser beams. It also predates the tradition that everything in a Touhou game is female.

If you can't recognize YuugenMagan with or without hat then something is wrong with you.

The same is true of literally every other character in Highly Responsive to Prayers. I haven't thoroughly evaluated any of the others, but HRtP had very unique character designs, which were in general a lot less bishoujou than any of the subsequent games.
