There's countless pages of Satoko and Kisaku pushing down Sakiko throat she's a daughter of the Kimiyoshi yet not once do they make it a point to say she's Kisakus daughter or for Kisaku to say you're my daughter. a simple red herring can count as a hint.

When Keiichi is warned, he stays away and Kisaku is killed with Satoko not calling anyone and not showing much emotion but is shown similing in private seem by Sakiko. When Rika calls Keiichi and Kisaku to warn them Rika is killed and Kisaku is missing with Satoko calling Keiichi first distraught saying it's impossible for Rika to be killed and that Kisaku is missing.
Disprove everything I just said if you can.
