What stood out the most to me was how, just like all the floating cubes and whatnot, even their reflections on the floor are virtual, you can see there's a lag in the movement. I can't wrap my head around what's even going on there.

Oh wait, scratch that, yes I can, I didn't think it through...

The most apparent technological thing that's going on there is that the floor and walls are screens and the computer knows where the camera is to create the illusion of depth, that's pretty obvious, but they're also using the same set-up they use in the STORY performance to map Perfume in 3D space. Presumably it's main purpose is so those virtual blocks know where to be when they walk on them, but Rhizomatiks also realised they can make reflections with them.
