Hello fellow Germanon. I am pretty sure that having stores closed on Sundays is not a common thing all over the world. It is mostly a thing in Europe. Just get creative and make some lube yourself. If you make sure to not use anything that contains oil then you will be fine. If you live near a major city then you can always go and check if the stores in the train stations are still open. Small town train stations do not offer any goods that you can use, but some of the big stations have pharmacies or supermarkets. Train- and gas-stations are open on Sundays, but if you are not living near a major city then you seem shit out of luck for today.
