Every time I feel sad, I just open my Youmu folder and look at one of the pictures that show her smiling warmly like that. I forget about all problems instantly.

SokuPlus doesn't alter any of the existing files except for SWRSToys in case you had that installed already. Just remove all the SokuPlus files: msvcr100.dll, SokuPlus.dll, SokuPlusImpl.dll, changes.txt, sokuplus.txt, d3d9.dll and SWRSToys.ini

In case you had SWRSToys installed before SokuPlus, keep d3d9.dll and SWRSToys.ini and remove the line referring to SokuPlus from said .ini file.
