Some schizo that would go into the /vt/ splits for Marine and Noel and try to start fanbase wars. He's a Niji so it starts with him saying they should collab with Nijis, that became male Nijis recently because of the Vtuber climate. He would also say Noel has the best zatsudans because one person said in a general that Noel had good zatsudans so he took it and ran with it because he doesn't watch streams. If you disagree with him he'll say you hate said Holomem and then argue in circles.
Basically he's just a Nijisanji troll and probably doesn't even believe what he types. He's been doing this for months if not years.
