I really am fond of the idea that Okuu evolved into the beautiful woman that she is once she absorbed Yatagarasu. It was an enormous power up for her at least, since ZUN mentioned how weak she was before. I'm also fond of the theory that the Yatagarasu is female and her alternate personality.
