I mostly shop RaMu, but when she only has a single mag out that month or photobook available I grab some of the ones that come with a DVDs as filler (the image quality is usually ass, but they can be pretty fun).

I forget the weight off the top of my head, but if you buy stuff up to that point the shipping doesn't seem so bad (since you're maximizing that lowest weight/shipping price). Always try and maximize that weight limit! Oh, and if there is a specific magazine you're looking for, make sure to buy it within the first couple of days after it releases to guarantee you get it. Some of them sell through pretty quick.
