I still don't know precisely what you mean, but all the custom background stuff in Subaru's videos is I'm certain desgned by Shigure Ui, you can see the same sense of design in her own streams.

I'm pretty sure I'm right in saying that besides being an illustrator, her actual education is in graphic design, she's talked about it before.
