It's funny with Noel because she was trying to get in shape for the FC streams and tone her body and she was getting depressed because she wasn't showing progress because all she did was ride her fan bike at night. She doesn't know anything about exercise or how long before you actually see progress, also she wanted a toned stomach with abs and nicer ass but she didn't know you have to work those muscles for them to grow. I sent some messages and stuff about working her abs, core, and glutes and I think they got through because last exercise stream she was doing other exercises but she knew so little about that stuff.
She should just hire a female trainer.

C should just eat properly and exercise, that's all she needs to do because she's not that heavy. Maybe cut out alcohol. I lost a lot of weight after I quit working at a bar and stopped drinking and eating shitty bar food.
