Look under one time quests. Do you see any quests that start with 【地中海作戦】 like pic rel? That is the second quest, but the first quest should also begin with that.

The stats for the 305 guns are pretty shit :/. 13 and 14 firepower respectively. Even worse than 30.5 slavshit. I checked and they don't even have bonuses on (current) pasta BBs. Recon planes other than saiun are out of meta and even then, you can max a type 2 recon if you really want that contact rate. The SM.79 is pretty good though. That alone makes the map worth doing hard.
