Kigurumi Cosplay Society was Wyu's website. Wyu is a mask maker who was widely disliked in these 4chan threads. Someone started naming the threads /kcs/ and making up a new meaning for the letters presumably as a way to mock Wyu or maybe to mock people who came here and hated Wyu, but then Wyu's website went away and doesn't seem to exist anymore. Now there are people who never went to Wyu's website who only know of this as kcs.
