NATO didn't support the walls of peace hard enough and now Phase 2 will be delayed some more, please understand.
But really, why did R07 even decide to write a story about geopolitics, war and pestilence if he's gonna shy away when IRL stuff happens? It would've been interesting if Phase 2 released during the height of the Wu Flu. Probably would've given it a boost of popularity, as well.
