There are many great things about her, so it's not really possible for me to pinpoint one thing in particular and I don't really feel like typing a wall of text right now.
In general I like the depth in her character and the way she has many traits but none is the sole character defining gimmick, like often happens with characters in otaku media.
For example she's a great singer but she's not solely focused on that like Chihaya. Though personally I find it a bit sad how everything something is about singing in im@s it's automatically about Chihaya and other great singers like Takane don't really get a mention at all past her rival role in SP.
She also has great fitness, which is mentioned every now and then but she doesn't go all the way, or really even close to the stereotypcal sportive girl. She trains martial arts and has a strong character, but she isn't a tomboy at all, rather she's one of the most feminine characters at the same time. She tends to be extremely elegant, but at the same time she enjoys simple pleasures such as eating ramen and isn't shy of expressing that joy. She tends to act confidently, but she also feels anxiety about being able to live up to the great expectations put on her and can even take her humility to the point of feeling unworthy. She is extremely polite and kind, but at the same time she will voice honest and direct criticism when she deems it appropriate, like with Yukiho during the lesson in the anime.
Being not black and white on these things and instead having a tendency in one direction but also some traits of the opposite makes her feel like a very genuine, realistic character with depth.
Which also complements her secrecy and mysteriousness greatly, because she basically tells you "I'm not gonna tell you what kind of character (-archetype) I am and instead you'll have to find out from my actions" and if you do go for it you find a character with great depth.

She is also quite beautiful, but I actually wasn't that attracted to her design before starting to love her character.
