I played this a while back. it's not translated of course. It was originally a short parody galge where the joke was that MC had much more chemistry with his male friend than the girls, but there was an updated version published some time later that added a real route for him, and it's more than twice the length of the total original game.
I don't know about 'good' but it certainly goes in some unexpected places. LI is cute too.
