If you order to anywhere not called Germany they don't ship with DHL. Their Onatsuyu bottles cost literally 4x the retail Japanese price. You can literally find out their customers information by logging in and reloading until you get other people's information to show up instead of yours (why the fuck does this even happen???), with developer tools open (pic related). They don't give a shit about their customers, they're greedy fucks.

it happens on main page usually, look at points in the top right corner, if they don't match your real points that means it loaded someone elses data
I messaged them about that over a year ago but looks like they didn't fix it.
