The catgirl bio-engineering method was unfeasible due to the difficulty of getting a sufficient lab, so I've turned to parasites to build up my ideal yandere instead. Here's a fun find from the other day.
"Cystercosis is caused by consuming the larval form of the parasitic tapeworm Taenia solium. The larvae eventually affect the muscles and brain, and moving larvae can be detected in the affected person's eyes. In the brain, the larvae can severely damage the frontal lobe and cause personality changes. The most common symptom among patients of this disease is mood swings. "
Couple them with some chemicals (I am not educated on those subjects and just read up on them, and unfortunately I haven't done much of a research on chemicals that affect mood) and perhaps the infamous T. gondii (which, as I recall, also makes women more attractive) and we may get fun results.
