Most Wonderland species are a guided-evolution thanks to the Queen of Hearts, resident Alice-Lilim.
Cheshire Cats from Werecats, Jabberwocks from Dragons, March Hares from Wererabbits, Mad Hatters from Matangos, Dormouse from Large Mouse, etc...
Trumparts are one of the only species native to the place that don't derive from a precursor species, being mostly just monsterized humans.

Aside from them, there's not a lot that aren't just transformations from another species (Wights, Dark Valyries) or one-off mutations (Queen Slimes).
Unless you want to argue that derivative species count, such as Thunderbirds from Harpies or Basilisks from Lamia in which case there's quite a few.
