So, a hole I bought a month ago tore after just a few uses, despite being very gentle with it and taking proper care of it (I have a different model from the same company that I've had in service for over two years and it is still doing fine.)

I contacted the place I bought it from, knowing that their policy is no returns, but that sometimes people with products that break early on can get replacements.

They want me to send it back for inspection by the manufacturer. Thats kind of gross, has anyone ever heard of this happening before?
