K-pop fans are obsessed and do things like this. They try to fake YT views in order to "boost" a popularity of their favorite group. They are sick just as "Sakubuddies" (although there is less Lgbt people among K-pop fans).

The same difference as making an event to sell 100 bottles of water vs asking Lgbt people to buy multiple bottles of water to make it look like that water is popular item among consumers.
