Update >>18646215. Upon looking at my other hole I noticed it also had micro dots at the same spot. I got worried so I flipped both inside out... and realized it wasn't mold but bits of fabric. Respectively, for my white onahole, these were white, and when light hits then in a certain way they appeared dark; for my pink one, the dots were dark pink, and also appeared dark/brown when hit by light in a certain way.
Just wasted one hour panicking for nothing. Oh well at least I'm safe.
