In the quiz game in 0verflow Pleasure Box, you're visiting the hospital to check on your pregnant women. Each one has a quiz segment that if you answer correctly gives you a (pregnant) sex scene with her. It was here that we found Midori from Pure Mail as one of the girls at the hospital.

Oh yeah, incidentlaly, at least some of 0verflow's games have a pregnancy visual setting that lets you toggle whether or not pregnant characters actually look pregnant or not, in case you don't like seeing that in sex scenes.

After Large Ponpon and Pure Mail, 0verflow released this thing called the “0verflow Pleasure Box.” It’s comes with a plush Mayo doll, a quiz game, typing game, some side-story ADV about a ghost girl I barely remember, and then “Pure Mail Gaiden.”

In Pure Mail Gaiden, you select a girl from Pure Mail for Kei to have hooked up with, and it tells you the story of what happened afterwards. But you can select multiple girls simultaneously (or none at all) and depending on the combination and number, different results occur.

So, if you choose Rin, it tells the story of how she eventually came to see you many years later, and you get to meet your daughter for the first time. But when Rin is out of the room, you find yourself unable to resist this little girl who reminds you so much of Rin from back then.
