i only found out about this when sirs were sharing old threads from the archive. i had no idea there was a kind of gap since i assumed there was a handover period where the people he got into hags carried on his creed. also, oakland wasn't some kind of rockstar who orchestrated all the hagposting.... from what i saw, his posts about chisato etc were almost always ignored kek
but yeah i joined about a year or two ago and saw the hagposting very slowly become what it is today
unlike explosions of interest in a particular actress, the hag culture was a slow burn process that led to it being really ingrained. there'll be some threads with comparatively less hagposting but it always comes back like nothing ever happened
