So after much testing, I have come to the conclusion that
2BB/2CA(V)/CLT/CV is the best for E6.

So save KTKM, 2 of your best CA(V) and your best CV. This composition will use ACFJ majority of the time, maybe 10% to north.
Night battle node isnt that scary since only the BB can make you retreat, the rest hit like a pansy. Avoiding D node is important since you dont want to deplete your ammo. Hotels arent really all that but they can tank the night battle BB pretty well with their amor, I think that is their only advantage over other BB but you pay double the price.
I prefer this to the CVL setup since I dont want to carry 2deadweight to the boss. I rather have 5ships that can do night battle instead of 4.

I use yuubari to carry both torchlight and flare.
The leftover DD carry another flare and the elite turbine with the leftover slot.

Now for E6
Which is easier?
ACFJ or ACEHJ?
