Yes, but this is prior to the sunwell. The high elves didn't find it, it was created by their leader with a vial of the waters of the old well of eternity when they found a new suitable homeland. Although, in all my looking, it doesn't out right state that the sunwell gave the high elves immortality. It says it blasted them with incredible power, empowering them. And there are some notes here
>https://wow.gamepedia.com/Sunwell#cite_note-25
that suggest it did something similar to immortality. It cites to a twitter post ( i assume by one of the canon writers) and an audio book. Which are probably both canon.

Although, their high elf page states
>One similarity between various elves only came about recently: since the night elves sacrificed their immortality and much of their power at the end of the Third War, all elves are now mortal and have comparable lifespans that can extend as long as several thousand years.

So I suppose that while the sunwell buffed them to be OP and immune to disease, maybe even increased their lifespans, it didn't actually make them immortal. The Kingdom of Quel'Thalas is something like 7000 years old as I imagine.
