I play both games, and yes I can agree that the criticism is valid. There are many things I prefer more with KC however. GFL has some nice additions like automatically resending expeditions, exp storage, less RNG, etc. But the skin gacha is dumb, the quests are boring (I'm tired of repetitive /-6 boss killing missions), and the game is overall much easier and doesn't give me the same 'high' that KC does. I'd say I'd like them close to about the same.
KC has the better girls.
