Schooling doesn't matter nearly as much as people think it does, other than positions which specifically demand a degree. But if you're presently unemployed then you're already at a disadvantage.

Find a way to move to a more urbanized area. This will probably mean staying with relatives; as long as you're not a lazy fucktard then you should be able to land at least a part time minimum wage job if you're in a real city. You need to live somewhere where there are actual businesses in walking/bus range, most youth's problem these days is that their parents raised them in douchebag suburbs where you need a car to reach anything besides more white bread houses.

I'm a NEET, and I'm happy with my life.
So what if I haven't accomplished anything or done something super with my life? As long as I enjoy it, that's all that matters. I don't have any friends. I don't go outside, and only leave my room to eat and go to the bathroom. I stare at a monitor all day. I don't have a job or do anything productive to society. At night I sleep with my waifu, and treat her with delicacy and respect as if she is real.
This is my life, and I'm enjoying every minute of it. To me, there's no such thing as a wasted life if you enjoy it. It doesn't take a great achievement. It just takes a little bit of fun. In the end, that's all that matters.
I've learned Japanese, some Chinese, and I can compose music like ZUN (even have the instruments he uses on Cubase SX) . I can play the piano and trumpet, and I'm never lonely.
This is my life. And I've won.

Was wondering how well Rosetta Stone works for learning a language like Japanese. I have learned several languages in the past, but they have all been in a classroom setting.

Also if there is something that compliments such a program lemme know :l
