You have more options available to you than you might think; maybe you're just stressed about the situation? Also consider the level of deception vs honesty you're comfortable with. No one here can reasonably tell you what exactly might be the best or right thing to do. Here are some suggestions.

>build up to an enclosure that looks less obvious suspicious than a drawer full of externals (especially if she isn't super tech literate). expensive.
>admit to having countless TBs of media in general and load a few really high resolution blu-ray remastered copies of your favourite (non-JAV) movies and TV series across some of the drives and just admit to your shit being really disorganised which is why you have dozens of TBs ("it's not *all* pornography, of course! some of it is the entire Rocky saga and some cool 4k documentaries about penguins")
>come clean completely (this is what i did but i'm aware it's not the best thing for every relationship)
