I'm betting Valentine's Day (or its equivalent version) would be a huge, big and massive deal. And wouldn't be just a single day but maybe a month long holiday. Basically Valentine's would be a Black History Month for Monstergirls:

Every single potentially lone single not-in-a-relationship human man will be sought after, trophied and treasured in a prideful manner in a way how women are being tired for girl power and ethnic minorities also being toted and idolized. But nonetheless, men are loved and adored by monstergirls and loving human women who are dominant but are not cunts or bitches.

But most importantly, love and romance. Love and romance AND sappy cheesy love romance documentaries and specials everywhere. And it would be a massive Eros Faith centric version of Christmas. Valentine's would be AKA; Eros Christmas sometimes.
