Call me dumb, but why would cover want anything to do with record labels? Don't some songs aready top charts? What's the point of signing deals when you can produce music on your own and already have this much reach?

Aqua doesn't do dumb things like that. No one goes 1v3 unless they're playing unranked or forced to fight and even then you don't go 1v3, you use your positioning, movement, character abilities and better moment to moment decision making to turn that 1v3 into a series of 1v1's. Being able to plan that out and make it work on the fly requires a lot of experience and knowledge that doesn't come overnight. The best you can do is teach someone what actions could be good to apply to make it happen, but even those don't always work. Sometimes a battery is a better oprtion than a shield swap, sometimes you want to be more or less aggressive depending on the location and the team composition etc. You don't get good overnight, and good players don't always translate into good coaches
