Next, right-click any file you have in there and "File Operations > Move to > ..."
Pick a folder where you want moved, properly renamed files and folders to go. Mine is H:\Music\!_mikudb
File name pattern: %album%/%discnumber%%tracknumber%. %title%

Go to the right top Presets field, type a name for this operation in, and click Save. This will move all files into a folder named the album name. I use this for Various Artists/compilations only so just keep in mind if you accidentally run this on a VA album, it will split them all up into separate folders going by %artist%.

Just the same as the last step you can create a hot key for this action.
