There's this. Haven't heard of anything more, not even anyone trying to do a preemptive hacking job. If you know how to extract the files from the dll files and repack them then go for it; a hackable game is slightly more likely to get a full translation

I think this is the final version. I added items, saving, and the game over screen, plus some related notes. Also some minor editing changes (spelling, two spells I forgot), and some images from the manual to fill empty space.
