i don't find her poster girl status that difficult to understand
she's really conventionally/traditionally beautiful and easily marketable for SOD. not having the most engaging performances hasn't stopped any of the other modern era big name idols from also acquiring poster girl status.
that said, her shortcomings matter less in VR so I've been fkn enjoying her again even if i also find her regular releases very boring
