Not yet, just focusing on your gacha golds and sorting by power will be good enough for the time. Team placement is only crucial for a small number of super-endgame maps (and mostly involves specific rainbows), a decently leveled team of golds is sufficient for clearing everything else.

You have a good number of skill up golds (Iris, Sarracenia, Christmas Iberis, Kale, Allium), which will provide you with a base to build your team off of. I'd recommend getting a full gold team ready first, and possibly investing some skill flowers on Rudbeckia (doubly so if you find her cute) in the meantime, since her ability gets stronger with skill levels.

LN girls up to Habanero recently got their blooms, I think. I'm pretty hopeful about them getting their bloom art, too, since Arikawa Satoru is pretty active in the FKG scene.

I wish he'd draw some of his other girls rather than just Wolfsbane, though. She's cute and all, but Cocklebur and Yakunohinahoshi are great too.
