Judging from her SA dialogue and spellcard descriptions, I like to think that Yuugi always fights on a somewhat equal ground with her opponents.
Because she cares more about the fight than the victory.

So I'd still say it's possible if Meiling gives it her all, because that's what Yuugi likes to see in her opponents.
