The whole "ZUN never depicted the character as such" argument completely falls apart when you
consider characters we have never seen him draw. Because by this logic, those characters may as well not exist because we only have someone else's artwork as a reference. But more too the point: It simply doesn't matter if ZUN himself hasn't drawn them if he has given explicit approval over the course of 13 years of official work containing them. Why has he said nothing yet? Its simple, its because he is cool with it and doesn't find it too be a problem. Again, if he has not problem with it then why do you?

Genji and Moe have worked on significant parts of official work, so yes ill consider their depictions accurate especially if ZUN has given his approval. If by headcannon you mean the ability too hide her wings, then no that is not headcannon. Even if the evidence she can is subtle the evidence is still there (The evidence being Forbidden Scrollery, which no matter how much you hate is still official and canon). And if by covering up inconsistencies you mean Futo's hair...are you retarded? I very much acknowledged it and gave the exact same reason that Aya's wings are find: ZUN was cool with it.
