Firstly, if I recall correctly, that red truth was made at the end of the fifth game, in the Court of Illusions. By then, the six from the first twilight were actually killed, albeit later, by Sayo. The red truth can therefore hold true for the six's corpses when they were truly killed later. However, the reader is tricked into thinking that the red was supposed to apply to when Battler discovered the "corpses."
Secondly, Natsuhi cannot actually be the culprit. Virgilia told Battler that in the red truth during the Court of Illusions scene.
Finally, in the Episode 8 manga, Erika debates Battler over the fifth game. She creates her theory, which has the victims of the first twilight pretending to be dead. While she only states these in blue truth, Battler does not refute any of these.
