Just a small local comic/anime/sci-fi convention. I furnished and ran the video game room this year and there was almost always someone on pop'n.

There aren't rhythm game conventions. However, the Bemani Invasion crew have been hauling their cabinets to the big anime conventions and events around the East Coast and the Midwest.
Other big anime conventions tend to have a decent rhythm game presence, but that's not always a guarantee.
