Definitely. He occasionally released only one arc of Higurashi per year, and it worked out for the best. Umineko might have been much better later on if he had done the same with it.

Anyways, there's new artwork for Sui, and a sample of one of the new OPs. I can't read moon, but I sounds like Kanako Itou.
