I used to have the Sugo Fella which has a full on jaw that you could adjust. It has the issue of which if you are too big you will begin to hit the sides where the hard plastic jaw is.

Even if you dont like the teeth you can always rip them out if you dont like how they feel. I had pic related that had a full on jaw that you can lock open so you can get the irrumatio experience. The problem is that if you are large/girthy you begin to collide with the sides of the plastic jaw where what I would guess the hinge is
