I think that pose, specifically, wouldn't be so bad actually -- it's bad for a human, but the curve is fairly gentle because its a whole body curve. The biggest worry I'd have is damaging the doll's tits -- the whole weight of the doll would be on them, so it's a real fear that they could pop a leak (assuming a gel insert, or hollow breasts).
