If you want /jp/ to get better,Moot should just change the rules and/or change the goddamn name. 'Otaku Culture' for example needs to become something else. I think Japanese Literature & Games works well and vastly cuts down on the stupid shit that can technically pass off here...Like Autism threads.

But of course those can be avoided if there was just some actual damn moderation.
