I like only 2 Sabers - Saber Lily [Distant Avalon] and 1/6 Saber Alter meido by Alter (20k yen bawww).
There are lots of Sabers but since Fate Zero is ongoing now it's perfectly fine to produce even more. Blame Nasu and Takeuchi and their crazy Fate/Milking franchise, especially Saber.
