I need your help gentle-unknowns...

I was trying to play Ar Tonelico Melody of Elemia, on PS2 emulator, but the game keeps freezing at the screen transition points....It does not hang ..it freezes for 10 or so seconds and then resumes normally.

I have tried everything... hacks and speed-hacks, with no luck.

I remember some other Gust game had somewhat similar problem...

Please help me out if you know what fixes this...
