your writing will improve over time. it's not bad if your handwriting looks like computer fonts because they are kind of similar to handwriting. it's not like russian where literally everyone writes cursive while everything else is printed. you can use a stroke order font, but they won't always give you the same strokes as the ones heisig wants to teach you. examples are 嘲喩辻捗. you need to memorize those differences. i do what matt vs japan suggests and use four different fonts when reviewing. i put the keyword and story on front and the kanji on back like pictured. if you take time to notice the subtleties (i.e. how certain lines line up with each other, space in between lines, etc.) and write as you see it you'll be ok. once you start writing fast your own style will develop, but it's good to start with a proper framework. so basically correct it now. get it right the first time because it's hard to break muscle memory habits like handwriting
